#88. Lost.

You woke up every morning, eyes staring widely upon the white ceiling above you, and you suddenly felt as though it had been a very long time since the last time you remembered feeling truly safe and happy. You realized the liquidity and the constant change in the people you go out with and the people you place your trust upon. And you suddenly find yourself craving dearly for something you can cling tightly upon, hoping to once again, find that utopia that you once thought was the world to you. You then let out a loud sigh, feeling helpless, cause you know now that that utopia had never existed in the first place.

You then realized, what is the point of looking backwards when all you need to do is to look forward. You thought you'd feel better, but then you realized you don't know what is there to look forward to. Success, achievements, big fat pay cheques; you were taught that those were the yardstick to happiness. Then you realized, that even though achieving the big three, happiness is still not within grasp. You feel lost, not knowing what you want or who you are anymore.

You grew up learning more about yourself but at the very same time, you realized you have never felt all the more lost. You stubbornly cling on to your beliefs feeling that that is all you have left, you promised yourself to not lose that person who you once thought you were, not wanting to succumb to the gray world that we all live in today. Never understanding unkindness, never understanding betrayal and hurt, you never gave up holding on tightly to the tiny glint of hope that genuine kindness still exist amongst each other. Then you realized that everyone feels the same way as you do. You realized that everyone shed a little bit of themselves as the day pass by. You realized that everyone had just given up and learnt to be more selfish over time. And you realized that you don't blame them simply cause they are just as scared as you are.

You then started to run. Seeking for comfort in temporal things. You hide yourself away. You closed the doors to your heart and to your mind. You started to shy away from things that seemed too good to be true. You shield yourself from people you care about. You wished you could fly away. You learned to act nonchalant about your problems. You buried your tears with a crooked smile hoping that the fear and the hurt would go away and that you will find yourself again one fine day. Then, you realized that life is what made you, who you are today.

You believed that there is more to life and you held on to that belief, day after day, year after year. You  cling on to the comforting idea of hope the diverse world have to offer. You know that you would eventually go with hopes that by submerging yourself in to the pool of lost souls in the world, you will once again, find yourself. You grasped on to that promise but fearful of what you might find or worse, what you might not find. But you know, you will still survive regardless, simply cause you know you are a fighter deep down. But then again, till that day comes, you wonder who would you be?

# 83. the world, my playground, my job, my teacher, my home, my family.

grasping tightly the soft canvas of my oversized bag, i took the last sight of both my parents, holding each other tightly. both of their hands clasped closely together, white, while their remaining free hands, waved goodbye towards me. with all my might, i held my tears in captive. i turned towards the led lights that says departure. i know that will be the last time that i am going to see both my very first best friends in a very long time. and with that, i know that i am headed to what i have been longing to do my whole life. i know that the world is my playground, my job, my teacher, my home, my family. i know i am destined to take this path.

being in the limelight, being on top of the pyramid, being liked or hated by many, seem to be the destination that many of my peers have been chasing reluctantly. i have been there; not on top, not the best but though i've just a had little taste of it, i realised it did not interest me a single bit. being in the midst of dramas and the unkindness of humans, life seemed to have lost its meaning, lost its touch. again, there i was, in my nest, i wondered.

studies, degree certification, five-figure salaries, branded handbags, five-inch stilettos, shiny automobiles, 1000sq mansion. is that all there is to define life? does looking like models in high fashion magazines gonna define who i am deep down inside? does owning the best in the world going to make me the happiest person? does gaining approval from the rotten society going to make me any better as a person? i highly doubt so. so what is there to life? when we were all born with only our very first best friend; our imagination, we dared dream, we dared live, we were simple, we were happy. why now should the meaning of life be any different? why now should we learn to be sly to survive the cruel ways of life? why now should we succumb to the complication of human nature? i don't know, but all i know is that i don't belong.

i wish that i am not chained to the ways of life. i wish that i am not binded to commitments. i wish that i am not judge by the ways of society. i wish that i can just go. no plans, no possessions, no stops. afterall, we were all born with no possession, no plans, no stops to start with. so why do we all get tied down to the need to conform to the ways of society? why do we desire for more possessions? why do we plan when life is just as it is? life is simple, it is only us humans which complicates it.

good or bad, right or wrong, i just want to live again. i just want to go.

#79. What is love?

I remembered that my little toes wiggled in excitement as I happily stood still when my mother dressed me up in my new pink princess-like dress. I feel as though I was the prettiest girl in the world at that moment. I was getting ready for my third birthday party and that day, I secretly wished that my prince charming would appear on his beautiful white horse and carry me away in his strong arms and live happily ever after. That I was told to believe in when I was three, young and naive.

I remembered that I couldn't help but to touch the crown of purple and white roses which felt so soft and subtle on my head as I walked down the white aisle behind my dear aunt, who I thought, had never looked anymore beautiful than she did that day. She was dressed in a graceful, long white dress with detailed designs made of shiny pearl white sequins, hair dressed up in a clean bun, eyes sparkling, edges of her lips reaching the sides of her ears as she walked towards the man of her dreams. That was when I was nine and I witnessed recruited true love.

I remembered when I looked straight into his puppy doe eyes, I felt as though nothing else mattered in the whole wide world. Every single time when his fingers link mine, my heart skips a beat. Every time our lips touches, nothing in the world could explain that feeling, not even fireworks. Every moment we shared, was simple and sincere. That was what I experienced when I was sixteen, an innocent first love.

I remembered that my heart was pounding and tears were rolling down my cheeks every time I see my parents quarreling and arguing. I remembered my mother's horrid-stricken face, tired and sad, trying her best to hold me and my sisters close to her, preventing my father from hurting us. I dreamt every day and night, the horrendous angry looking face that my father had every day when he drunkly steps into the front door of our house, reprimanding my mother and demanding for more beer. I was still in my college years, only twenty, when I stopped believing in marriage.

I remembered I was alone in my room, trying to keep my voice down, sobbing against my pillows as the picture of my fiancee cheating on me in a hotel room with another girl painfully popped up in my head. Those sweet memories that we shared, years of growing and learning together, smiles and laughters, and dreams of building a future together, all doesn't seem to mean a thing any more. I was twenty six when I stopped believing in love.

So love, was supposed to be the only thing that matters in the whole world, the key to making the world seem much more bearable regardless the evil in the world. Love, so fragile and pure, is also something that many had lost faith upon. So, what is love then?

# 74. Imagination.

photograph by FikreesProject.

i used to see aeroplanes as huge big birds, roaming the skies freely. i used to squat beside every rose and lily that i can find, trying to listen to their conversation amongst themselves. i used to think that big buildings and skyscrappers might just stand up and walk away when they get bored of the place. i used to secretly wish to be a princess with long silky hair, dressed in beautiful long dresses, waiting for my prince charming to appear on his white horse. i used to think that both my parents are secret superheros. i used to think that there is someone out there, trying to get me, whenever i'm alone. i used to act and create my own stories based on computer games that i played. i used to jump from tiles to tiles as though i'm a chess piece. i used to act as like indiana jones and dig holes in my garden in hopes to find dinosaur bones or treasure chests. i used to believe that nothing is impossible. i miss my very first best friend, my imagination.

funny how people used to have so many ideas when we were younger and the word impossible never seemed to exist. but as we grew, everything seemed to be going towards the other side of the chart. its not that as we grew, we lost our creativity, but we've lost the belief in our own imagination. every child's very first best friend is their imagination. it is imagination that introduced us to the new world, that taught and nurtured us, that kept us occupied and entertained, that makes us believe in the impossible, that makes us strong. but growing up, has stripped us of that belief. theres no reason why as we grow, we should let go of the impossibles. no reason why we can't jump on tiles in the shopping mall, as chess pieces with our friends. no reason why we should lose our innocence and not be a child again. let go of everything and be easily estatic about life like how a child is because, that kid inside of you and me, is still there deep down inside.

# 72. alil' something from me to you.

thanks for reading my blog. believe in yourself and me, when i say that you are truly beautiful from the inside out. as much as yesterday might seem as though as it was hell, today, is another new day. start your day walking on sunshine and make today, a day to remember for years to come. you are where you are today not by chance, but by strength and grace. you are something to have survived yesterday, so do not doubt yourself, not even a single second. do not give up on the dreams that you have had since you were little, do not compromise on your beliefs, do not feel discouraged. remember that courage does not come in the form of a roar, but it is that little sigh that you give at the end of the day that comes along with a promise saying, i will try again tomorrow. as much as you might feel that you are lonely at times, i would like to tell you, that you have been missed by someone who've been waiting patiently their whole lives for you to enter theirs. if you think that you are unloved, remember that the big man above looks down and whispers those three words unconditionally. go ahead and have a great day. this is what i would like to tell everyone who is reading this here today because i believe that a little act of random kindness like this from a stranger goes a long way in putting a smile in a person's life. this is alil' something from me to you, whoever "you" are. -melaniehwa. 080910.

# 68. Not All Things to All People

Sometimes I feel like I have to be a Super Girl. I have to take care of everything and everyone. But I'll just have to remember my new mantra: I am not all things to all people. Even if it feels like it sometimes.- raine.angel.
I found this picture and it hit me, that I am not a supergirl. I'm pretty sure you've atleast once in your life, wanted to be a supergirl/superman to everyone in your life. The world continues at its pace even if you and I aren't in it. We all are imperfect and we need not try to be perfect because it is our imperfections that makes us individually beautiful.- melaniehwa.

# 67. forgive&forget.

heartaches and fears,
scars and inflicted pains,
stolen innocence, hopes and trust,
let it all go,
and breathe again,
forgive and forget,
plastered heart, mended and beating again,
slowly, but stronger than ever,
forgive and forget,
a hard but not impossible,
key to living life once more,
let it all go,
start counting your blessings,
most importantly,
start making more blessings.

Don't let the sun go down on your Wrath, and don't lose your blessings because of unforgiven heartaches and pain.-Matthews 6:14-15 (in layman's term)

# 66. The World Is How You See It.

Look at the picture and take a few seconds to yourself to think. And now, what do you think about this picture? What does it portray? What subliminal message is it trying to carry forth? What do you feel about this picture?

photograph by monikachu.

Most people would have given several answers like this, "Its a picture which symbolizes death." or maybe, "Its a sad, sad picture.", as well as, "It shows how beautiful things on earth never lasts." How the beautiful flowers wilted, definitely showed us how life is short. It definitely showed us death and it is a sad, sad picture. But are these the only views towards this beautiful picture? Are these the messages that this picture is saying? or are there more?

I rather choose the option of looking at this picture from a more positive tone. "I see how beautiful the flower in this picture is during its bloom. I see how many heart-warming love stories it bared witness in its lifetime. I see how it listened to those sweet, genuine promises a young man mouthed to the ears of his fiancée to be. I see how it brushed against the subtle skin of a beautiful young 3 year old girl who was playing and giggling with the one man she learnt to look up to for her whole life, her father. I see how it stood up high, and witnessed every sunrises and sunsets as well as how it was in between two graying old couples who laid down hand in hand, looking up at the sky filled with stars."

What I am trying to say is, you can always view the world from many angles. You can remain gloomy and sad, or u can either choose to view things from a brighter point of view. I've once heard this and as cliché as it might sound, it is true. "The world is how you see it." You have control on how you choose to see things in life, and yes, in reality, life is harsh and gloomy. But forget not, it is also the most beautiful thing there is in the world. I guess, life is how you choose to see it. If you choose to see the glass as half empty, it will always be half empty to you and life will never be entirely fulfilling. So yeah, in life, there are definitely rise and falls, but whenever the falls come, you have the choice to either pick yourself up and dust off those shoulders, head held high, ready to continue, or you can choose to continue whining and crying, defeated. Again, the world lies on how you see it. Have alil faith and alil hope, the world ain't that bad. I, for one, choose to see the glass as half full.

# 65. peoplealwaysleave.

photograph from googleimages

in a lifetime, hundreds and thousands of lives crosses one another.
some might just be merely a short "hello",
some you'll miss after goodbyes, some lasts a lifetime.
some might make the world seem a better place, some hurt us.
many are just company, some teaches us,
some gives us strength to carry on.
but people always leave at the end of the day, only those who matters,
leave footprints in our hearts.
all I hope for is that the people in my life marathon today,
would stay just alil bit longer.
and everything, will seem much easier to bare.

# 58. "Life."

What is life exactly? Why are we here? Why do we need to be born and yet death is inevitable? What is our purpose? Why exactly do we need to go through all the stages of life; being a toddler, a rebellious teenager, learning responsibilities through adulthood, and finally, feeling useless during old age. Why must we experience pain when we're cut, or the pain that we feel when we are heartbroken? Why do we learn to feel as though we are flying up high in the skies when we see success? What is life all about?

Well, I've recently went through my Sociology class, I've learnt about Erving Goffman; a famous sociology, who've quoted that life is merely just a play. His quote in fact, had been used in many stage plays, plays even by the famous Shakespear. I personally find this true. Life is short and death is inevitable. We are all actually dying as every single second ticks away. But yet, why are we born? Do we carry any meaning to life? Does our presence on Earth matter?

I think, in life, our journey and journeys of different people interwines with one another at different point of time. I think, what makes life, life is how much we impact other lives. I think, life is about the journey and not the destination. I think, life is about making it something that you'd look back on when you're old, feeling proud and full. I think, life is about making the best of what you've been given by God and expanding them. I think, life is full of crossroads. I think, life is about minimizing the regrets and what-should-haves and making it history. I think, each one of us serve a purpose of why are we here on Earth, to impact a person at its right time, to help an old lady crossing the road, to put a smile on a tearing girl's face. I think, life is short, but beautiful.

We are afterall, only actors and actresses on the stage, playing our roles in the ever so famous show, called Life. - 190310. <3

# 54. something as little as "like".

I read a post by a friend, Javad, about how "liking" or "disliking" someone can actually make a big impact on how you feel and how u perceive things. He got me thinking, how true is it that if you have a sense of liking towards a person, you will tend to see things less seriously, and you wouldn't matter much but if another person, whom you have disliking for, does the same thing, it would most probably anger and wrong you. For example, if a close friend of yours tells you that you've gained weight, you would most probably thank her for telling you so that you can start working that few extra pounds off. But on the other hand, if a foe of yours come telling you the exact same thing, what would your reaction be? You're most probably ready to fight with your fist up in the air.

I personally think that it is true. We humans ain't perfect and I think, thats how humans are. We have our animal instincts and we are emotional beings. As rational as we are, I'm pretty sure that most of our life-related decisions are based on our feelings. Even when we were just babies, we've learnt to cry or even distance away from things and people who we dislike and who have wronged us. I guess, thats the survival instinct that we have deep down inside everyone of us, including you and me. We are all emotional beings who are able to rationalize. Whether or not you realise, the way we perceive the world depends on how we actually feel towards it. So yeah, some people might think that first impression doesn't matter much, the truth is, it does. Something as little as "like" can make a huge difference.

# 50. Trust.

Trust.
Never an easy word.
Never comes with just a blink.
Never to be tempered with.
Never to be given out fully.
Never easily regained.
Never will find a trustee, worthy.
Never to be taken lightly.
Never easily built.
Never to be broken.
Do not regret when you've broken one's trust.
Think twice.

# 47. Back to Basics.

i simply love the age old picture above. looking at how young my brothers and i were, i remembered how we used to play together, teased one another, argued, fought, hugged and cried together compared to how we all grew matured and into lives of our own. my eldest brother; having a stable job, beautiful house, and is getting married in a few days time, my annoying-pesky second brother; has been studying and then working in the States, just came back home after 2 long years, and me; well, i'm currently doing my degree in Kampar and is trying out any opportunity offered in life. i realised how less we talk lately and how much we grew apart. i realised how old my parents have grown and i understand how lonely they must have felt. i saw shimmering tears lingering in both my parents' beautiful eyes when they saw this picture-currently my wallpaper- and i saw how excited their eyes lit up whenever they started talking about our younger days.

my parents said that the three of us are of different personalities. the eldest; careful, good, respects authority, shy and timid, the middle; annoying, mischievous, cheeky and cuddly, the youngest; brave, determined, careless, adventurous, a do-er, a dreamer, fragile yet strong. i guess, those words reflect exactly who we are till this very day. i realised, who we are, since we are babies, are who we truly are deep down under our skin-despite slight changes and modifications due to life lessons learnt. i know no matter how a person changed and no matter how someone felt lost and astray, you still have that person in you, you've just forgotten that you are that person.

i am a person who never say never. if theres an obstacle in front of me, i'll crawl, climb, move, dig, do whatever it takes, to overcome it. believe me, my mum said when i was as little as a few months old, i started climbing over the baby cot, no matter how hard and high just to get out. i always fall off the barricades and hurt myself. yes, i tend to fall and get hurt a lot when i was young. i am fragile but yet strong. my grandma used to tell me that i used to be really really fragile-like. i can simply fall by just walking by myself on a straight road, which explains my bruises as well, but as small as i am, i am able to move a 10kg packet of rice. i love exploring and i love freedom as well as learning and understanding new things. i never liked being grounded and locked up by anything, for example the baby cot, and i started speaking even before i was 1 year old-compared to my brothers;1++ and 4++ respectively.

so yeah, listening to all those little little things which made a huge mark in my parent's memories brought tears of happiness to my eyes as well. how silly and how kids say the darnest things. i realised that things used to be so much easier and simple back then. where we can run and explore without worries. even if we fall, we would climb back up, wipe away the dirt and that little tear in our eyes, and continue running around with that same wide smile pasted on our faces as before. how fear used to be only scoldings from mummy and daddy. how we were carefree and brave, pure and innocent, new and fresh to the harshness and coldness of life. i wish to be able to turn back time. hell, i remember that i've always wanted to grow up fast because i felt that being a child, i am restricted to a lot of things-like i've said, i'm adventurous and i love to explore things in life- and now, how much i would give up just to go back to the days where i used to fight with my brothers, we used to play hide-and-go-seek, how i used to play imagination games with them, how they did not let me touch their GI Joe figurines and how i used to always try to fit in with my brothers-we have a huge age gap. i missed those simpler days and by simply thinking about it, reminded me of who i am and my priorities as well as what matters in life.

# 41. Metamorphosis.

Everyone changes from time to time.
Everyone learn from their mistakes and make improvements.
Everyone matures in time.
Everyone may change and be afraid of life.
Everyone's wants and needs changes in different phases of life.
Everyone modifies their beliefs accordingly to cope with life.
Everyone evolves according to situation.
Everyone learn and grow.

but no matter what

Remember who you are.
Remember your roots.
Remember that it is only life and it is normal to fall and stand up again.
Remember that you cannot and need not satisfy everyone.
Remember what you've always believed in.
Remember to always listen to your heart.
Remember what your stands are.
Remember to always believe in yourself.

No matter what, do not compromise and doubt yourself.
It is when you lose yourself, you lose everything.

# 38. Simplicity.

I was traveling back to Kampar by train one day and a little boy with his mother were sitting in front of me. I was bored and looking at the little innocent boy, entertaining himself, ever so happily playing alone with nothing but two little Pokemon toy, amazed me. It reminded me about a post that was written by a friend of mine not too long ago and it really got me thinking. The two little piece of toy wasn't anything expensive, it wasn't branded, it wasn't even digitalized(like how most toys today are). It was just two little action-figured toy which cannot walk or talk unlike other gadgets today. It was simple. But yet, the huge smile on that little boy's face is still fresh in my memory till this very day.

It reminded me of the days when I used to play with my brothers and cousins. We used to entertain ourselves by just merely creating games with our very own imaginations. Creating things out of the air, role-playing, make-beliefs. Those were the days when I was truly happy, carefree and light. It was simple and attainable. But as we grew, we grew demanding, we grew hungry. All for the luxury that the world offers. The little things that makes a huge difference in life, were forgotten and ignored as we continue chasing and pursuing blindly for the never-ending, so-called happiness in life.

So yeah, its normal that we, as humans, tend to sway sideways and forget what is the most important things in life. We tend to take forgranted of the simplest things which matters and chase the so-called luxuries in life. Whatever it is that you are doing, always remember to stop once in a while, ask yourself, are you truly happy with who you are right now? Is really the "happiness" that you are chasing, happiness? Have you forgotten who you are and the little things that made you, you? Go back to the basics. Simplicity is enough to put a smile on your face longer than new clothes or gadget that you have just purchased.

# 33. Quantity vs. Quality.

So what if you have 10000 people who knows you?
So what if you have 1000 people in your facebook list?
So what if you have 900 people in your chat list?
So what if you have 800 friends?
So what if you have 700 contacts in your phone book?
So what if you have 600 followers on your twitter list?
So what if you have 500 admirers?
So what if you have 400 girls giving you a late night booty call?
So what if you have 300 famous friends?
So what if you have 200 boyfriends?
So what if you have 100 best friends?
When all you need is
1 true friend/ 1 soul mate
The one who you can trust
The one who you know will not betray you
The one who is there no matter how impossible life seems
The one who knows you in and out
The one who accepts and loves you for who you are
The one who you know will never leave
The one who picks you up and gets you going
The one who cares for you
The one who protects you
The one who listens to your every ups and downs
The one who forgives and forget
The one who believes in you

So tell me, what matters more?

# 29. My list of 11.

I've always wanted to come up with a list of the things that can simply put a smile on my face for a very long time now. So here it is! Please bare with me.

11. Movies.
i love movies. simply from comedy ranging up to thriller or even horror movies. yes, i am a hard core movie buff! it enables me to feel like i am the person in the movie for that very short period of time, to experience and to think as well as to evaluate what would i do if i am in that particular situation. yes. i am a thinker.

10. Shopping.
every girl's best friend. guys, i see your eyes rolling! well, yeah. shopping is a miraculous therapy for girls no matter what and when. after a long day of shop-till-you-drop, the weight of the world seemed much less to bare. yeah, you guys might think it is the materialistic-ness in girls, that how materials can so easily satisfy girls, but nahh, it is the excitement and joy as well as triumpant feeling that we find in possessing those beautiful shining new heels or the gorgeous blue dress that we had bought.

9. Chocolates.
yes! the sinful little thing. it never failed to put a smile on my face no matter how hard life might seem. the very bittersweet thing that melts in your mouth just gives you a warmth that tingles down your spine and your lips will automatically curl up into a satisfied smile.

8. Books.
yeah, i know, you guys must be thinking, what a bookworm she is, a nerd. owh well, i can't deny the fact that i do love books. it is a hideaway for me, a getaway from the world. i can just simply be sucked into another brand new world with my own imagination running wild.

7. Pets.
well, in my case, it is my cutest pet, JD. i love him with all my heart. every single time, i lay my eyes on him, every single heartache and problems that i feel inside automatically evaporated into thin air. how his innocent puppy eyes stared into mine, filled with adoration and love, just melts my heart.

6. Music.
how people say, music is life. i agree with no hesitation. music is life. it speaks of many different stories and many different feelings in life. it sows into people's hearts and it touches people from different backgrounds. one can simply relate oneself to a very special song and automatically, it will work its magic into making one feel better, lighter.

5. Nature.
i don't know why and i don't know how but i just love admiring the beauty of nature. it mesmerizes me without fail every single time i witness the wonder of God's creation. it never fail to remind me of how beautiful and wonderful our world is. it teaches me that whatever that i am going through is nothing compared to the wonders that God had installed for me.

4. Friends.
a friend is someone who is always there to pick you up no matter what. someone that watches out for potholes for you. someone who smacks your senses back into yourself whenever you are heading towards the wrong direction. someone that supports you no matter what and is someone who accepts you for who you are.
(to people who isn't in this picture, sorry! this is the only picture i can find with the biggest number of people in it)

3. Soul Mate.
the one person who you can say "I love you" to everyday and night without feeling that it is being said too much. the one person who is ever so ready to listen to your every heartaches and joy. the person who you wish to wake up to every morning and just with a smile on their face, every problem miraculously dissipates. the very person who you wish to build a future and to spend your whole lifetime with. the very person who is your everything.

2. Family.
home is where the heart is. family is the only people who you can always go back to no matter what you have been through. no matter how hard life may be when you are away from home, going back home overwrites everything and all you feel is acceptance and love. your family supports you, forgives you and accepts you for who you are no matter what. there is no other place that i prefer to be than home. i love my dad, my mum and my brothers with my all.

1. God.
my Strength, my Guidance, my Hope, my Redeemer, my Father, my Friend, my Trust, my Love, my Sanctuary, my Peace, my Joy, my Healer, my Everything.

You readers might wonder why do I want to come up with this long list? Some of you might think that it is boring or maybe, some of you might think that it is so irrelevant to the readers! Well, what I want to do here is for myself as well as for you guys. This list is a list for me to remind me of the blessings that I have in this world, a source of joy for myself whenever I fall. And the other reason is to share this with you guys. You guys can come up with a list of your own. It need not be as long as mine, its up to you. I hope that this list of yours can give you peace and that it can put a smile on your face whenever you face hardship.

# 28. a food for thought.

Do you eat to live?

or live to eat?

or not to eat at all?

I was learning about advertisements during last week's class and several eating disorder ads were shown by my lecturer. I've decided to help them raise awareness. So yea, girls, or even guys have confidence in yourselves and please click here and here to have a look at the advertisements and think for yourselves the next time you feel like going on diet.
